A service contract guarantees that your chamber is scheduled for maintenance without delays or gaps. It helps us lock in a technician and ensure your chamber gets priority care. Our goal is to protect your investment and keep your operations running smoothly.

We offer 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year service plans. These are designed to align with your chamber’s warranty period and ensure continuous care over time. The 3-year plan offers the best value.

🛡️ Is this the same as a warranty service?

No. This is a preventive maintenance service, not warranty support. All product-related support, usage questions, or training requests should be directed to your supplier.

🧑‍🔧 What if there’s no technician in my area?

We offer personalized remote training to guide you or your staff through the full multi-point inspection process. This empowers you to maintain your unit confidently. We’re also actively working to locate and train technicians in more areas.

Each visit includes: Full inspection of tubing, seals, door function, valves, UI, and AC system Pressure tests at multiple ATA levels Oxygen flow measurement from each concentrator Filter check and cleaning Condensation drainage and AC tank refill Cleaning and interior sanitization Documentation of all findings

📅 How often is maintenance performed?

Maintenance is performed quarterly under service plans, unless otherwise requested. Custom schedules can be arranged based on usage level.

🔁 Can I switch plans later?

Yes — if you’d like to upgrade your service plan, we’ll apply your existing payments toward the longer-term option.

❌ Do you offer refunds?

All service plans are non-refundable. However, we’re committed to working in good faith with all clients to resolve any concerns and maintain a positive, respectful partnership
